The service

Konten+ plans, writes and publishes social media posts for your business according to the package you choose. Photoshoots and on-site filming are not included. Graphics and videos we create are paid add-ons.

Approval

Nothing is published without your approval. Approval given on WhatsApp or through the plan link is recorded by us. Changes after approval are sent back to you for approval.

Your responsibilities

You make sure prices, promotions and details you send are accurate, and that you have the rights to the photos, videos and logos you send us.

Posting quota

Monthly quotas count posts successfully published on each platform. Failed attempts don’t count.

Payment

Fees are paid monthly against an invoice. Service may be paused while an invoice is overdue.

Third-party platforms

Facebook, Instagram and Threads are run by Meta. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or actions taken by those platforms.

Ending the service

Either side can end the service with written notice. You can remove Konten+’s access to your accounts at any time.
