Who we are

Konten+ provides social media management for small and medium businesses in Malaysia. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

Business contact details (name, WhatsApp number, email).

Information and media you send us: products, prices, promotions, photos and videos.

When you connect Facebook, Instagram or Threads: the Page or account ID and name, and the access token Meta issues so we can publish posts on your behalf. We never receive your password.

How we use it

To plan, write and publish posts on your social media accounts after you approve them.

To send you updates and invoices.

Plans and captions are drafted with help from AI providers (Anthropic or OpenAI). Only the information needed to write the posts is sent to them.

Sharing

We don’t sell your data. It is shared only with providers that help us run the service: Supabase (database and file storage), Meta (publishing), AI providers and Telegram (updates), and only as far as needed.

Security and retention

Data is stored in a database with access controls. Access tokens stay on our servers. Only authorised Konten+ team members have access.

We keep data while you are a client and delete it within 30 days after the service ends or on request, except records we must keep by law (such as invoices).

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion, and you can remove Konten+’s access any time in your Facebook, Instagram or Threads settings.
